Irene Ruth Wulff, daughter of Thomas Alfred Wulff and Annie Retta Butler, was born on 6 April 1917 at Copper Cliff, Ontario.
Ruth married Victor Samuel Hillen circa 1935.
In mid-August 1961 Vic and Ruth decided to move to California. Vic's doctor had advised him that the warmer client would be better for his arthritis. They settled in Pomona, California.1
Ruth died on 16 March 1987 at age 69.
